My experience with this company and with Alex was excellent. He was patient, kind and professional with my many questions. He also followed up and was available if I had other concerns. My car arrived on time and the driver was very nice. The entire process was smooth !
I hired MoveWheels to ship my son’s car from Albany, NY to Santa Teresa, NM, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and way easier than I expected. I was able to talk to several people on the team, including the actual driver, and every question I had got answered quickly. Everyone was super respectful and helpful, which made the whole thing feel stress-free. The car arrived safely and on time, just like they said it would. If you need a car shipped, I would definitely recommend MoveWheels. They made it simple and professional the whole way through.
Gave me one price then increase it by 60% around the day of pick up. Car was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday after being picked up the Saturday before, but didn’t arrive til Sunday. The delivery date was changed 3 times. I recommend using another provider.
Had my boat transported from Wisconsin to Buffalo, NY. Harry Andres was awesome! Great communication. He was honest from the get go. Gave me a low price to start the bidding process but I expected it to go up given the current situation with transportation costs. It did go up by a lot and we negotiated to a fair price for both of us. The pick up time was made and the driver was in constant communication with me until he arrived 11 hours later. Would definitely use them again and would definitely ask for my main man Harry again!! I’m confused by the negative reviews on Google. My experience with them was great. Too many people do not understand how 3rd Party Logistics works and they expect something for nothing. These drivers work hard and they should be able to be compensated fairly for doing what we do not want to do!
For starters a total bait and switch. They quote you one thing then take a week to find a service provider and now the price is double. They hire people they do not know and they will keep your deposit regardless of how the service goes., if it goes at all. This one took two weeks only to fall apart at the end and still cost $800, with absolutely no results. The driver did an improper hitch and was impounded by state police along with our property. Don’t waste your money and find a local service that you can trust and depend on to complete your job.
