Butler Toyota Jacksonville Service

Duane Clinton did an excellent job helping us purchase our new vehicle. He was knowledgeable, honest, and transparent about pricing without being pushy. He helped us get the price we were hoping for and made the entire process a great experience. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Rob and the service team. His incredible attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly make every visit a pleasure. It's always a delight to return, knowing I will receive such excellent support. Thank you for having such a dedicated team member!

Every time I come in there, Argie Dragon make sure not only taken care of, but make me feel taken care of. The service fantastic. They’re always polite even dealing with your frustrations. They make me feel like they actually care and that I’m gonna be safe leaving the dealership my car in perfect working order, also I like that when they tell you something needs to get done on the vehicle they have video. They will talk you through it. They’ll tell you can wait or can it not wait and so far hundred percent my go to.
