I visited Burlington today and had a disappointing experience at checkout. The cashier appeared distracted and was on her phone during the transaction. There was very little communication, and the interaction felt unprofessional. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve attentiveness and engagement with customers in the future

Went there tonight at 10:25pm and an Asian had the doors locked but she was letting people out. I asked if they were closed. She said no but they close aka lock the doors so people dont come in passed 11. I said well I just tried to get in now and the door was locked. She started stuttering and let me in. Yall need to do better. I get it, you want to go home on time but locking the doors 35 mins early is wild. How about at 11pm. Lock the doors.
Manager on duty was useless tried to exchange a item I lost the receipt for item scanned in their system had tags still attached in good condition but I was told I can't do a exchange because the manager on duty already has too many returns without a receipt so basically I'm SOL ridiculous customer service manager didn't even acknowledge me she spoke to her associate even tho I was standing right there definitely avoid this location plus it's always dirty won't be coming back to this location manger and cashier need some new training asap
I love a great deal and Burlington is my first stop whenever I get to a new town. They’ve always got something I want, whether it’s clothes, cologne, or bath products!
I enjoy shopping in Burlington. Words of wisdom to shoppers, if you see something you like and or want buy, do so. If you do not buy it when you see it, there is a great chance of it being gone, if you decide to return for it. There has never been a time, I shopped in Burlington and have not checked out the home department.
