I felt disappointed and frustrated. My intention was merely to make a payment. The staff member exhibited a high level of unprofessionalism and was unpleasant to interact with. He persistently attempted to complicate the process unnecessarily. This transaction should have taken only a few minutes, yet I found myself there for approximately 30 minutes. The staff member was quite argumentative and was reluctant to accept my payment in full. This is not how paying customers should be treated if a business aims to succeed in the long term. It is evident that the staff members require further training in customer service skills. I know of many excellent individuals who possess strong customer service abilities, should you require assistance.
Put the chain link up about 3 years ago now taken it down to go with 6ft PVC FROM NEWSOM FENCE
I usually don't post negative reviews, however this needs to be shared. My wife and I stopped by for some help on ordering an interior lumber package, the guy at the left side of the counter, Absolutely refused to stand up and even look at our building plans, he asked if it was a residential build? We said yes, He immediately said there was No way they could waste there time, on us, that they are so busy with contractor orders, that even if they did help us it would be several months down the road. I KEPT MY COOL AND WE LEFT. I'm glad that the economy is booming. Please remember there is a great company less than a mile south of them, same side of the road That was more than willing to help us with our lumber package. Our money spends just fine there.
Upon reading reviews, I was skeptical about coming here. However, my experience was totally different from many of the other drivers who had bad reviews. I parked overnight but I was in the wrong spot and the security guy was extremely nice in asking me to move to designated area. He was also EXTREMELY informative and helpful in directing me to the correct area to get offloaded.. Every Person I met here was nice and I was unloaded in a timely manner…. **** THERE IS LIMITED OVERNIGHT PARKING****
