Tom was my service advisor on this visit. He said there's a few things that I need to address next time. But he handled it very well and wasn't pushing me to do anything else right now.
Weird experience. Tom Treanor is great, knowledgeable, accurate, responsive. But there is little communication between representatives and the ones you don't directly work with don't seem to care at all. E.g. Lexi (don't know the last name) was rude, dismissive and condescending. If I had a dollar for every time someone tells me, promises me, even double assures me they will call me back, and they don't... I'd pay for service just with those.
I have been a happy customer for the last 21 years and appreciate the service I have received during that time. I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the 3% credit card fee. Rather than adding a surcharge for credit card use, I recommend framing it as a discount for customers who pay with cash. In my experience, this approach feels more positive for the customer than an added fee. Thank you for your time and for the great service over the years. James Vecchitto
This dealership is second to none. Inventory, service, cafe and customer service all in one place. Salesman James Jones even took the time to set up Onstar and Sirius accounts with a delivery orientation to demonstrate the super cruise, auto park and the thermal imager.
I replaced engine and new transmission like last year June I pay around 17500$ but after when I replaced the engine and transmission I was visit two times in dealer I dropped my car like one week or two week and last night same issue but the inside employee they don’t have experience
