Jason, our Bug Provrepresentative was punctual, efficient, and very thorough. We use them for other services too and we’re very very pleased with them overall. It’s a great company. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for such good service.
I have been a customer with bugpro for many years and every service that I have received has been one of great service!! Thank you Bugpro for excellent customer service. Our technician today was Jason who explained the use of some of his treatments, where some entry points might be and some suggestions as to how we could prevent these pesky little bugs, so thank you Jason! Bugpro has the best technicians period! Great service that goes above and beyond.
Bug Pro has been very reliable, responsive, and professional as a long time customer. Today Jason came to our home for a general pest control inspection and more than exceeded expectations. His professional manner and respect for our home was amazing. The time Jason spent educating us on pest and rodent exclusion shows me we matter as customers. Thank you Jason, Sincerely The Benson family
Jason with Bug Pro responded to our call last week of small bugs getting into our home through our water faucet pipes. He was prompt. And very efficient in dealing with the problem, and the bugs are gone. Very pleased with his service.
Had an Ant problem and Jason came out and took care of it. I was on a conference call the entire time and he professionally 2nd edit Jason called my wife since I couldn’t talk and walked through a full breakdown of everything he did and where the stuff was placed that could be hazardous to our kids since he observed a child lock. Great experience 10/10
