Billy from Bug Out is the greatest! He's so friendly and attentive to all of our needs. He's a great representative of the company. Bug Out has been wonderful and we highly recommend them for any of your termite, yard or pest control needs.
Lynsie is a great Bug Out technician! She identified the problem with my grass and came back, just as she promised, two weeks later to retreat the area. I have been a Bug Out customer for more than 20 years, and I am still very happy with their service. I really appreciate Lynsie’s professionalism and follow-through!
Billy and the team at Bugout always do an awesome job! Billy is always professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend for any pest control services needed.
Had my Bug Out lawn treatment today and Lynsie was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions and gave me suggestions as to how to help my lawn. Great customer service. Thanks.
Billy called us to let us know his arrival time. He wore shoe covers to come into the house. He listened carefully to what was going on with the small flies and ants in the house. He then proceeded to check and take care of the areas that were bothering us. He was thorough in taking care of everything. We are happy with the service.
