Wyatt always calls to keep informed. 10/05/26 he cam out to perform a termite treatment prior to us having cement poured. We couldn’t be home due to doctors visit. Wyatt called to tell me he was on his way. He left the paperwork with my permits. Thank you so much.
As someone brand new to Florida, I quickly learned these bugs are no joke compared to the PNW 😅 After meeting with Bug Out, I finally felt like I had someone actually educating me instead of trying to sell me every possible service. Huge shoutout to Daniel, who spent over an hour walking my property with me, answering questions, and giving honest recommendations for what my new home actually needed. I never felt pressured or upsold. In fact, the services spoke for themselves because they really are that comprehensive. Even after leaving, Daniel continued answering additional questions I thought of later, which I really appreciated as a first time Florida homeowner navigating termite and pest prevention. Once I signed up, they had a technician out to my property in less than 24 hours to install new termite stations. They installed more than double the number of stations my previous company had, and their treatment covers both types of termites instead of only Eastern subterranean termites like my last provider offered. The entire experience was professional, educational, responsive, and genuinely reassuring. Highly recommend Bug Out, especially if you’re new to Florida and trying to figure out how to properly protect your home.
Wonderful business very knowledgeable techs. Responded very timely on several occasions to assist with new sod. Provided starter fertilizer bug control and instructions for best practices in growing a new lawn. Hope can keep this Tech a while, all have be ok but this one is the best…
Bad customer service once you are a customer. I currently have home and yard pest control along with a termite bond. I am having mosquito control problems so I contacted them via their text message system. One of their representatives told me, in writing via text, that I was already covered for mosquito control under the current package I have and they would send someone out to treat for mosquitos. A few days later, a technician called acting confused stating he only treats yards for regular pests and not mosquitoes. I texted Bug Out again and another representative said I wasn't covered. I'm super busy with two jobs so I don't have time to spend on the phone all day but I had to call Bug Out anyway and speak to someone. Once I finally got through, I explained everything above and they said mosquito control would be $69 per month extra. I asked why I received conflicting information and they simply blew that question off. They didn't offer to compensate me with a discounted first month of service or to get back to me why their representatives gave me conflicting information. I was basically gaslighted when I voiced my concern.
We appreciate Jason Green. Not only is he always on time he also is accommodating in regards to our schedule. He is thorough, polite, professional and informative.
