Huge shoutout to Joe and Joe Jr. for the amazing service yesterday! This was my first time ever using a peat control company. I haven’t had any issues keeping up with things myself but I really have no idea what I’m doing and Joe came highly recommended. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find companies with this level of customer service anymore. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest pest control service!
Bug Mechanix pest control is awesome! I actually found them by chance while walking my dog and saw them working on my neighbor’s house. I decided to "BUG" them about about their pricing (ba dum tss), and if they could handle our house too, and I’m glad I did! Joseph was super friendly and had a great price for the service, which they were able to start right away. The whole process was quick, easy, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re in Jacksonville and need pest control, these are your guys. Fast, reliable, and high-quality service! 10/10!
I can’t say enough great things about Bug Mechanix Pest Control! Joe and his son are absolutely outstanding at what they do. From the moment they arrive, you can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Joe consistently goes above and beyond every single time, making sure everything is handled thoroughly and professionally. They are reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and always take the time to explain things and answer any questions. Not only do they provide top-notch pest control service, but they also treat you like family. It’s hard to find companies these days with this level of dedication, integrity, and customer service. If you’re looking for a pest control company that truly stands out from the rest, Bug Mechanix Pest Control is the one to call. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable service and real results!
Thank you Joe! Asked Joe about the termite bond and he inspected and took care of this for us. Very reasonably priced. We do this once a year to keep our house protected.
Bug Mechanix was just what we needed. We had been struggling with a German roach infestation that followed us after moving. We had tried everything to get rid of them on our own. After 3 treatments over 3 months, the roaches were eliminated. Joe did a great job of inspecting our place and providing recommendations for treatment. We have such a better peace of mind now that they eliminated the problem. They have great customer service as well.
