I don't attend this church nor will I ever after I experienced what goes on within the food bank program they run. Total abuse and fraud. They have many humongous deep freezers full of top quality meats to include steak, chicken breast and bacon etc. non of which gets passed to the people who are able to show up to their 6-9am unadvertised food bank. I was asked to volunteer by another volunteer when I showed up one time. I didn't know any of these people but I was happy to help. I couldn't believe the things that went on there. It was more like they were all helping themselves. the good meats I was told belonged to the church. They have name brand cereals and things that don't get passed out. 2 rooms full. I came with pure intention of helping and ended up being horribly mistreated and made to feel like I was there to steal their food. God allowed me to see these things. I am grateful to have seen their true selves. I lost all respect for them that day. They get food based on people that comes through. They write everyone they knows addresses down in order to get more from the program. i was told this and I witnessed it. I am completely beside myself on this.
The most friendliest Baptist Church I have ever went to. I liked it so much that my wife and kids have decided to become members. The Sunday we became members after the service the whole church lined up to welcome my wife and I. The pastor and his sermons are KJV great and old fashion hymns and we serve and praise our Lord Jesus Christ. If your not sure your going to heaven when you die pls pls come see us.
There is such a sweet spirit at BGBC. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. Their new pastor, Keith Carringer, and his wife, Ms. Bethany, have such a genuine love and concern for the community of Hilliard, and the people at Buford Grove. The messages are such an encouragement every week to have a closer walk with The Lord Jesus Christ, and to love others. So thankful for this church.
Very grateful and blessed. They have helped my family more than once it is worth the time to go
