IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD I PURCHASED A BEDROOM SET ON SALE FROM A FURNITURE STORE I CALLED & SPOKE WITH RON WHILE AT THE STORE TO GET IT DELIVERED & SET UP HE STATED TO ME THAT HIS GUYS COULD PICK UP FROM THE STORE & SET UP FOR A HOUR IT WAS $180.00 COOL NO PROBLEM HE SAID AFTER A HOUR IT WOULD BE ADDITIONAL FEE OK NO PROBLEM I MOVED RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD FROM THE FURNITURE STORE NOT EVEN 5MILES THEY CAME WITH MY BEDROOM SET & JUST DROPPED EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM DID NOT PUT THE BED TOGETHER & THE TALL GUY TELLS ME FOR A HUNDRED DOLLARS THEY WOULD PUT IT TOGETHER & CHANGED UP WHAT HIS BOSS TOLD ME SO I TOLD HIM NO IM NOT PAYING NOTHING ELSE NOW Y'ALL GOT MY DAMN MONEY & I HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY TO COME & NOT ONLY PUT MY BED TOGETHER BUT TO PUT MY BEDROOM SET IN THERE RIGHT NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECCOMEND USING THEM AND I REPORTED HOW THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS AT THE FURNITURE STORE AS WELL THEY DIDN'T TRY TO RECTIFY OR FIX THE SITUATION AT ALL

I had an excellent experience with Bud Moving Company! After being stood up by another company, they were able to provide next-day service, which was such a relief. The movers even arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time and finished ahead of the allotted timeframe. They were friendly, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️

WORST decision I have ever made. I stupidly hired this company to UNLOAD my belongings from my Uhaul trucks into the home my partner and I just purchased. After a nightmare of a closing, we trusted these movers to help get our items safely into the home. We felt as if we were in good hands because of their positive reviews and that they advertise as INSURED… From the second they arrived, two of the three guys were extremely rude! I cannot even begin to tell you how carelessly they handled our belongings. Dropping things, breaking furniture, dinging walls, scratching vintage wallpaper, dragging furniture along 100+ year old hard wood floors causing large scratches, and the icing on the cake, breaking the vintage stained glass window in our stairwell!!! These people caused so much damage to our home and belongings, I ended up calling their customer service halfway through the move to see what my options were. The furniture that was damaged was made by my partner’s grandparents and great grandparents, so most of our stuff dates back to late 1800’s/early 1900’s! At the end of the move, we ended up pulling the lead to the side and showing him other damages caused by his careless crew, in which he took photos of as well. I honestly can’t believe that a moving company could have zero care for peoples personal belongings, ESPECIALLY when they’re antiques and you can’t just run to your local big box store to buy another one! The only nice thing I have to say about this company is that Tia, the lady I’ve been working with to help get my items fixed has been wonderful. With that being said, it has been over two weeks, and the most recent update as of 7/31/24 was that the last time she submitted the request to the owner, he closed the case! Typically, I would just wash my hands of this, but the damage these people caused to our historic home, and antique furniture is so severe, it cannot be overlooked. This is my final attempt to have my damages repaired before seeking legal action! I am demanding the owner reach out to me directly to rectify this situation no later than 8/7/2024. (These are only some of the photos showing the damages!)
