I'm really not much of a shopper. But exchanging my leopard print jacket that I got for Christmas with Lorenzo at the Orange Park location was an ease.. I also really appreciate you guys having those jean sizes in Immaculate order
I had recently ripped my favorite pair of buckle jeans so stopped in to find a replacement yesterday. The young employee that was helping me was so kind to help me try and find the exact jeans, even going out of her way to look up past purchases. After coming out of the dressing room I was at the display and another employee, taller and older lady, asked if I needed help, I explained I was already being helped by another employee. She insisted she help and grabbed my jeans from my arms and said she would put them aside for me. I explained I needed them to look at while searching for a down size of those exact jeans. She became irritated so I kindly thanked her but told her I did not need the help. She went on her way as she mumbled under her breathe. I few minutes later as I was still searching at the display she preceeded to come behind me and purposely sideswipe me from behind pushing me into the display. I did not give her the reaction she clearly wanted. Did not make a scene. I found the original employee that was so kind, to ring up my almost $500 purchase. Left the store without saying a word. To the old lady trying to keep her youth by working in a buckle, you should try to find a different career and clearly take lessons from the young, kind girl that was helping me. She understands customer service!!!
I had no idea that their denim was made from recyclable/renewable materials. Also, they're sustamcial in their feel and quality. Very pricey though. Still, the quality would be worth the cost.
It has been at least 5 years since I have been shopping for cute new jeans. I have recently lost weight and was unsure of my size and honestly what I was looking for. Clothing shopping brings on a lot of anxiety for me. But 2 employees made this experience so much fun. Nani Sonders and John Ford were AMAZING. I was there over an hour trying on pair after pair. Nani smiled the whole time and reassured me we would find jeans that fit. Having her help me felt like I had brought a friend with me. She made me feel like I was living a “pretty women” moment from the movie. She even told me they do free hemming which was a game changer and actually sold me on buying there. John helped to pin my jeans for alternations. Nani is made for retail and helping people. She knew exactly what size to get me and what styles would look good on me. I hope she gets promoted to manger soon because she deserves it! This experience has made me feel like I can go shopping again. Nani has no idea how deep this interaction was for me and how special she made me feel. Go see these two at the Orange Park Mall if you want a truly exclusive customer service experience.
The employees in this store are fantastic, especially Lorenzo! He was very helpful and went above and beyond without being overbearing as most retail workers can be. We are so thankful to have stopped in and definitely will be back!
