If I could do 0 stars, that’ll be good! Walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged, I had to acknowledge her. Very very rude! I needed assistance with some construction signs. I said excuse me 3 TIMES to the lady at the front desk and was completely ignored. I literally had to yell to the top of my lungs “ EXCUSE ME!!! ARE YOU THE ONE I NEED TO SPEAK TO FOR ASSISTANCE?!!! in order to get some help. Don’t recommend!
I have odered metal, plastic and transfer stickable signs. All of them have been top notch. Friendly, quick and affordable service.
What an absolutely horrid individual that answers the phone and you have to deal with at this business. The mature woman with the British accent is as rude as anyone can get in dealing with the public. We have used this company for years for our community and she would not allow me to get an word in edge wise in attempting to explain what was needed. She was intent on telling me what we would do and they would NOT do and that what I wanted was going to be expensive. I guess she thought my budget was $50 instead of $500, but she had no way of knowing since she would not let me speak; that is not customer service particularly when one is attempting to explain that this was in memory of one of our dearest volunteers in our community that passed away recently. She should not be anywhere near where she is interacting with customers. She truly needs training in politeness, understanding and how to be helpful and not dictate what they will and will not do. Buchanan is not the only sign company in Jacksonville and they have just lost a customer for life. Very sad to have to talk to someone with this type of attitude in business. I choose not to and going elsewhere with our funds.
The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I've been buying stuff here for a over a year now and I almost try any "Excuse" to visit the store and they know it! For some reason I find all the stuff in there fascinating. I even get a hug every now and then from my sales rep! I had bought a cheap flag pole from a Big Box Store and never cared to put it up for 6 months-something told to find something better-so I found what I thought was an upgrade on their website and I called and spoke to the rep and she sat it aside until I arrived. After touring the store with her I noticed they had "INCREDIBLE" flag poles where I gladly spent 3 times more and then decided to get two of them! Yikes! I installed them myself. Super Easy stuff!
