Bubbles Car Wash

Highly recommend this car wash. Full service car washes are a hidden gem these days. The staff at Bubbles did an outstanding job cleaning my Jetta. Staff were also attentive and courteous. I will definitely be taking my Jetta to Bubbles in the future.

Visited Bubbles on a weekday midmorning. Signage isn't that great so we slowly pulled to where we saw people. The staff member that approached us was a low-talker and hard to understand. Instead of directing us to the different levels she was short with us asking what number we wanted. The services sign was unclear and used vague language regarding what the terms meant. I don't recall seeing prices but we felt rushed. There was another staff person who didn't budge from his chair. We ended up getting the top service. We watched the car go through then went to the cashier. We didn't know the secret of the paint stirrer and the cashier didn't know either. The cashier seemed unclear about any part of the process. We figured we had to wait outside while our vehicle was finished. The staff member at that point gave a perfunctory wave so we thought he must be done. We pulled into the adjoining parking lot to look over the vehicle because we were rushed again. Overall, the wash was thorough and all areas, including floor mats, were clean. The windows were clear and not streaked. Our vehicle was sufficiently cleaned. Our problem with Bubbles was the lack of communication at each step. They need clear signage that explains their terms. The staff needs to communicate better, know their business, and not expect the customer to read their minds. Maybe frequent patrons know the drill but new customers will be left making assumptions. The website could be clearer as well. But at the end of the day the car was clean.

I got my car washed there today after being a client for many, many years, and they didn't clean the car at all. They basically just kind of vacuumed; the mats were dirty. The old employees used to wash the rubber mats. The outside of the car was dirty, the dash was dirty, the cup holder dirty, and the screen dirty. Never again will I be taking my car there. If this is their concept of clean, who knows what their houses look like? It's sad that what was once a great business is now failing to deliver quality service.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Damaged Vehicle This was my first visit, and I asked the staff to recommend the best package for my car, which has a wrap and ceramic coating. They recommended Package #1 and assured me—twice—that it would be safe for my vehicle. When I returned about an hour later, I noticed several employees standing around looking awkward, but no one said anything. I retrieved my keys and returned to my car, only to find that the wrap had been damaged and the logo on my back window was partly peeled off. Scratches were also on the wrap of my new Cadillac. No one informed me of the issue beforehand. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told I should have specifically requested a hand wash—despite the fact that their own employee had told me the automatic wash would be fine. There was no signage indicating that my car would be run through a machine wash. The lack of accountability and professionalism was alarming. I requested to speak with the owner but was denied and told to “go ahead and sue us.” There was no apology, and the customer service was terrible. To make matters worse, the car still had spots on the exterior and wasn’t even properly cleaned inside. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of integrity and care. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values their vehicle.
