Bad Service; Follow-up, satisfaction and communication leaves a lot to be desired; I was recommended Bryan’s by a neighbor and the initial process was good and timely. 3 months in after planting a perimeter of plants/bushes, I called and let them know only three of the plants appear to be a bad batch and look dead and dry, while all others seem fine, they brushed it off - ‚they will come back to life they said, so I patiently waited, 6 months in—still dead, I emailed- they said : oh they will come back just wait“, I, now, tried reaching out again, And now, no response whatsoever - it hasn’t even been a year, I’ve been patient, heeded their advice, ensured sprinklers working fine to water properly, and had even kind enough to even pass along Bryans info to neighbors when they inquired. Now, I feel through their lack of communication and follow-up and simple care/decency toward their customers— I will not be using, nor ever recommending them again. Now, I get a mess to clean up on a row of very dead plants I paid for, see photo. Bryan‘s was a disappointment, don’t waste your time with them, they do not stand by their work nor communicate as a business should. Good riddance
Bryan’s Sod and Landscaping was one of six estimates we received for the landscaping work we needed done in the back of our and our neighbor’s home. They were not the cheapest estimate but the explanation Damian gave and the detailed descriptions of every step in the process (including emails diagrams) sold us on their company. We could not be more pleased with the end result. The workers were very professional and went out of their way not to damage any other property with the heavy equipment. They coordinated with the irrigation company that they recommended (which also was an excellent company (Clearwater) and did a fantastic job. At this point, I couldn’t imagine hiring another company for any of my landscaping needs.
They did such a great job on our backyard! They finished in 1 day which is amazing because we have a pretty big yard. They ripped up at least a good inch of our dead weed grass, put down new soil and then laid the most beautiful grass I have ever seen. Highly recommend them!
Do not use this company. Spent 10k for sod, plants and weed barrier. Weeds came through the barrier within 7 days. 1st guy who come out to look at it says oh I've never seen that before. A month later the owner comes out and says we did not know what seeds were in your lawn before we started the job. Blames our lawn service (which i had already fired before putting in the new yard). Tells me to use roundup to get rid of the weeds. New grass has same weeds all throughout. He says it did not come from the lot (which i do beleive him) they should have done a better job of taking out the previous sod/weeds that were there originally.
After speaking and getting 5 bids for my job, I went with Bryan's and I am very happy I did. They went above and beyond what they said they would do. Even made a couple of suggestions at the job site that made the job bigger for them with no additional charge. Just made the outcome look even better. Attention to detail. How they completely removed the old grass ( weeds ) and cleaned up everything. Left the job spotless. Just a beautiful job.
