Brushes and Brackets is an amazing dental office! The service was quick, and the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The environment is clean, kid-friendly with lots of things to keep them busy until their time. The team was very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. They were especially wonderful with the kids, making their visit a positive and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Brushes and Brackets to anyone looking for excellent dental care for their children!
Dr. Wall whole team is amazing from front desk coordinators, to Jaylene who handles payments to the dental assistants. I want to say thank you for taking care of my twin boys for their procedure today. They were so gentle and patient with them. PDAA anesthesia team were fabulous as well. 10/10 I recommend. Brushes n brackets. They care, they’re compassionate, office setting is wonderful for kids. Some establishments you can tell are all about the money and not care, but not with this dentist. They actually care about their patients. I even got $500 back from the anesthesia, bc they went under the time needed. I could have easily charged me and I would have not known but that says a lot about them. Honesty is what we’re seeing less in this world now and they will forever have my business. If you’re looking for a place for your kids, look no further.
Took my 13 year old who has braces in for a cleaning. The service was excellent! Because she is in braces they were able to call and get access to her ortho xrays which decreased the cost of the visit. I was really happy about that. Alex was my daughter’s fabulous hygienist! Alex was thorough and extremely personable. She went above and beyond providing care, comfort and expertise!
We had such a great experience at Brushes and Brackets! It was my children’s first time visiting, and the staff made it really welcoming and fun for them. Shakenna, Alex, and Shanice were all amazing—super patient, friendly, and great with the kids. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my children felt comfortable throughout the visit. The atmosphere was positive and professional, and you could tell the team really cares about making the experience a good one, especially for first-time visitors. My kids left feeling happy and confident, which means a lot as a parent. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism from Shakenna, Alex, and Shanice. We’re looking forward to coming back again!
The staff was very nice and personal. Both of the dental assistant did very well with my kids. I have a one year old son who was not really into it. But she was very friendly and got him to open his mouth and get his cleaning down. The provider was amazing and gave great recommendations for my boys teeth
