Just had my first transmission rebuilt at Brothers pure transmission. I was very pleased with Dave taking the time to answer all my questions. He seems to be an expert on old and newer transmissions which is hard to find. I highly recommend their services. Their prices are very good and the service is great.
WOULD GIVE TWICE AS MANY STARS! What a diamond in the rough up here on the North side. I'm lucky to only live one mile away, but if you're searching for where to get transmission work done, look no further, THIS IS THE PLACE! I was doing my own work on two of my transmissions: AX5 and 10R140. Dave and the team have bent over backwards helping me to do my own repairs, which, as of the date of this post I’m still ironing out some details. Dave is not only super knowledgeable, but supports others’ learning and DIY. I’ve told him enough in person, but I really can’t thank him enough for the direction and assistance he provided.
I had a great experience with Dave Brothers Transmissions in Jacksonville. Their customer service is top-notch, and they really know their stuff. Highly recommend them for transmission rebuild and upgrades.
Shout out to Dave! I replaced the vavle body/TCM on a 2016 Infinity QX80 and was thinking I would need the TCM programmed to the car after installation. Dave was super helpful for putting me in touch with the mobile programmer. I spoke with him over the phone and learned that the 7-speed transmissions were "plug-n-play". After I put fluid in it, he was right! Ran like now with now issues or check engine lights. Thank you Dave !
Excellent! David was able to sorce the parts needed to rebuild my odd ball old 4 runner transmission and get it back on the road. Highly recommend!
