I don’t think many like having to go to PT BUT if you have to this is the place to go! Very knowledgeable, they know all the big words what they mean and how “that” works and what to do to get better. They have a relaxed, inviting atmosphere and lots of smiles and laughter between patients and patients and staff. Makes PT so much easier to go. I broke both feet and three places in ankle and I didn’t think I would be able to get to walk “normally” again without pain. They were careful to be sure I wasn’t feeling pain and if so changes so it didn’t. The facility is very clean! The front desk is super helpful and starts you off with a smile and not like you are interrupting their day. Now that’s something special. I almost hate being done! Follow what they say and do your part and you will probably be as happy as me with the experience at Brooks in Callahan. Thanks everyone. Lipstick or water?
Physical Therapist
I have been receiving physical therapy from this facility for almost six months and I will say everyone is exceptionally caring and dedicated. It has been a very difficult experience but each therapist has helped my recovery be less traumatic. Ryan was great at reassuring me with his positivity and David was great at answering all my questions. Trust me I had plenty of them. Robert pushed me the most to do more than I ever thought I could. There cannot be a better group of therapist that Care more about their patients than at this facility. Great job everyone. I highly recommend all that work there. If I could give them ten stars I would.
This is my second time receiving services at Brooks Rehab Callahan. I love coming here, the entire staff is so helpful and answer all questions. They treat you with kindness and make your time there enjoyable. The whole atmosphere is great! Robert is my PT, he is excellent at what he does and does everything he can to help you! I would recommend coming here every time!
I cannot recommend this facility enough. The professionalism, care and attentiveness to the individual patient needs is astounding! I have been multiple times over the years and this is my preferred facility. I love David, Robert, Kurtis and Alaina and I believe they are the best PT’s that I have worked with by far. They have flexibility on scheduling and work with each person accordingly. The front office staff, Chelsea, and Cassie always make you feel welcome. It is a family atmosphere and one I love. Thank you so much for being my Physical Therapy location for all my needs!
I've been coming to Brooks Rehab since the beginning of the year due to a broken right ankle/leg. Everyone here is great!! They're very knowledgeable to the needs of the patient. Robert and David are very passionate about making you feel comfortable while pushing you to get back to yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
