I purchased a Brink's Home Security alarm service almost a year ago. On numerous occasions, the alarm has gone off while I was attempting to enter my passcode, yet I never received a call from Brink's, except for one recent instance. I recently contacted customer service to ask why I was not receiving calls when the alarm was triggered and was told that my system was being monitored. Shortly afterward, I finally received a call regarding an alarm event. In the past, I had service with ADT, and they consistently contacted me whenever the alarm was activated. Based on my experience, Brink's does not appear to be monitoring customers' homes as agreed. I do not plan to use Brink's again once my contract ends.
Vehicle operator came real close to damaging my vehicle. Take a close look at all of the damage to the driver side of the Brinks van. Not in the photos unfortunately. How many hit-and-run does your driver have?

Dealing with brink’s delivery didn’t get some charge. Called know Ming it was a Holliday weekend still got a answer. Took a few days but got a call back and was very helpful to get my change in.
Not good at all I have not had a technical to call as of today not happy at all with the service
