Jason is a very talented photographer! We use his services for all of our real estate listings and are never disappointed! He is professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend BrightSpace Media!
WOW! I am a local Realtor in the metro Jacksonville area for 27 years and Jason has been photographing my property listings now for a year or more. He really takes great care to make sure we get the "right" shot that best accentuates the property features. His pricing is reasonable and he's always on time to our shoots. Always courteous to my homeowners and sensitive to their needs. Jason is just now getting into drone shots which is exciting and his incorporation of the newest technology sets his services apart from the competition. Jason has also photographed our family's personal vacation homes and rental properties for online postings and we attribute the inquiries we receive to the excellent, attractive photos that he provides. We will be doing much business with BrightSpace Media in the future!!
As a Brand Marketing Manager for a large franchise group I have used Bright Space Media for our corporate shoots in the Jackson area. When I hire photographers at a location I am often unable to be at the shoot. Jason was amazing with our customers, and we love the quality of work he provided. We will continue to use him for our photography.
I have been using Jason at Jacksonville Real Estate Photography for over a year now on ALL my real estate listings - no matter how big or small. He does excellent work at an affordable price. He is always timely in getting the pictures to me and is always willing to do the "unusual" shot if I ask for it. The quality of his work is excellent. He's very easy to work with and is very accommodating to my and my seller's schedules. I am very thankful to have found him. His work has made a significant improvement in my sales and the days on market of my listings has significantly dropped. His work has been a big selling point for me in gaining new listings as well. I will never go back to doing my own listing photos! Thank you, Jason!
I heartily recommend Jacksonville RE Photography! It's a critical investment that pays off a thousand times over. Jason was very responsive from start to finish, and the images he took are just incredible. Because of the quality of the photos my listing will stand out over others and help those looking get a real flavor of the home inside and out.
