My little one has been enrolled since Oct '25. The owner Jacque is wonderful and a great advocate. All of the nurses and CNAs follow care directions, shows love to the children and has a great continuation of care that gives you a peace of mind. Even as a parent they help you keep it together mentally by sending home reminders and keeping you informed on the children's day to day activities. They even assist with providing outpatient therapies for the kiddos. This place was a blessing to find post discharge from our 3-month NICU stay! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
As a first time, young mom, to a very special boy (who is 1/280 globally with ZARD), I would have been completely lost without the support and kindness shown by Brightside Pediatrics. The dedication, love, and just infectious humor every staff member shows my son and I, truly eased any anxiety I had of having to find care when going back to work. Any and all concerns I had regarding my son’s care, they have addressed immediately and made me feel heard (crazy, that not being heard, is a common experience for mom’s and their babies!!). They have helped with pick ups/drop offs, his GTube, his genetics, his casts and positioning, his surgery recoveries, to helping us get into the medically complex clinic (which rejected us at first, twice!), to making sure he receives all of his therapies... the list is endless with my special guy. They are my heroes, the reason I kept sanity and the reason I am able to show up everyday to be the best mom for my son. I could not recommend them enough.
