Laura helped my wife and I purchase a home in Ponte Vedra Beach. During the search, she helped us see opportunities that were pre-market and kept in constant contact. And once we found our house, she did a fantastic job helping us value it for offer (this means we are happy with the price we got it for). Then she helped us contextualize and work through the various issues that can crop up during closing. We didn't hire Laura immediately, we wanted to keep our options open while we learned about the local market. We are new to the area and didn't know what we didn't know. So we started out just setting up showings on our own and talking to realtors and getting a feel for things. We encountered a very wide distribution of skill sets and professionalism. And Laura was just persistent and courteous and helpful throughout the process and quickly established herself as someone worth trusting in. We would work with her again in a heartbeat. Can't say enough good things. Hire her, take her advice, and trust her judgment. She will be straightforward about what she knows and what she doesn't, and she'll bring in the right people to help.
