Bridgemark Luxury Homes Amelia Island

The product is not worth the money you pay and the frustration you will incur during the extra-long process. BM and its owner, Mark Johns, lack transparency and slip in extra charges whenever they can. Getting them to finish items on your punch list is nearly impossible. I haven't talked to a single client in our neighborhood who had a good experience with them. I know of at least two homeowners who had to have their foundations torn up to repair faulty plumbing, at a cost of over $50K out of pocket. I've talked to other clients outside of our neighborhood who have experienced similar frustrations. I promise you, look elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.

Mark and his team build a great house, finish work is top notch. Time line was right on par for for the size house I built.
