Amazing company!!! The owner Tracy Dial is an extremely skilled screen printing artist. You cannot go wrong using her for screen printing and embroidery!! She can print on almost anything!! My favorite Jacksonville business and my favorite all-time screen printer!! ❤️

Tracy with Bridge Ink is amazing to work with. My boyfriend dropped shirts that we purchased at another store, on a Monday after I sent over the graphics to Tracy over the weekend (!!!) and she had our shirts done and ready for pick up on WEDNESDAY! We were thrilled with the turnaround time, her ability to work on shirts we purchased elsewhere, and did a beautiful job replicating 2 logo designs I had done. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for screenprinting, excellent customer service, and production quality, if there were a 10-star option, I'd choose that!

I needed 4 polo shirts in a tall size with custom multicolor embroidery on rather short notice and emailed 10+ agencies in Jacksonville, FL. Tracy from Bridge Ink was the first to reply to my emails and thus won my business. Pricing was spot on with what I've paid in the past, the digitization fee for our logo was reasonable, and Tracy was perfect when it came to email communication and customer service, which is something I value more than the quality of work or pricing, to be honest.
