A little more than 6 years ago, my wife and I decided that it was time to truly retire by downsizing our Home and our Home upkeep / maintenance "lifestyle". Our closest friends recommended using a young Realtor named Brian Sacks. We did. Best Home-hunting decision we ever made. Once our choice of "Forever Home" was made, Brian guided us through the negotiation and purchase process, and we have been so very pleased and happy with that experience ever since. Brian is one of the most sincere and dedicated people I have ever met. We count him as a great and thoughtful friend and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends.
Brian Sachs helped us successfully sell our home in Del Webb Ponte Vedra. We interviews other agents, but chose Brian because he gave very thorough up to date information and honest suggestions on the correct asking price for our home in current market conditions. After just a few showings our home sold above asking price. Brian worked well with the cooperating realtor who brought the buyers, and he gave us information about the buyers, regarding their financing and ability to close. Brian's staff was always responsive and friendly with any questions we had. We were happy to see Brian on closing day, and we hear from the buyers who are very happy with their new home. My wife and I had some general knowledge of the Saint Augustine area before we decided to look for a place to move to from Ohio. We are so glad we found Brian who spent the whole day with us showing houses in our price range. He was so easy to work with. We bought a lot in a 55+ community and because of COVID we had to pick out all of our options online. During the 6 months it took to build our house, Brian stopped by and photographed the progress and emailed to us. That was a great help. When it came time to do the final walk through prior to closing, Brian was right there pointing out all the little things that needed to be touched up. He has kept in touch with us and we consider him a friend. We recommend Brian to anyone who needs a realtor they can trust.
