Patient and Prepared. My experience was certainly unique. Our family had just gone through a full year's long divorce scenario with the home sale being the last and final step to an already arduous process. Brian is very knowledgeable within the Jacksonville area and targets your parameters during the process (I wanted a mature tree somewhere in the yard as an example). He's easy to talk with and has provided additional service to me after the closing, such as electrician recommendations.
