BrewHound Dog Park + Bar

Brewhound is truly one of my absolute favorite places in Jacksonville! We’ve been bringing our dog here since they opened, and she has the BEST time every single time. Honestly, just sitting back and watching all the dogs play might be some of the best pure entertainment ever. 😂 We love being able to hang out with friends (and dog friends!), sip on a coffee in the morning or a cocktail later in the day, and just enjoy the whole vibe. Everyone is always so welcoming from the moment you walk in, to the “rufferees” (still the cutest name ever!), to the owner and the entire team. It’s just such a special place and such an incredible experience every time we’re there. I’m so grateful to have something like Brewhound right in our own backyard. If you have a dog or honestly just love dogs, GO. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾🫶

Brewhound is hands down my favorite dog park and one of my favorite places in the Jax. It’s so much more than just a place to bring your dog — there’s a real sense of community here. The staff and Ruffarees are always professional, friendly, and attentive. They do a great job keeping an eye on the dogs while still letting them be dogs and have fun. The bartenders are equally great — welcoming, personable, and always adding to the atmosphere. One of the things I love most about Brewhound is how much they do beyond the dog park itself. Events like Name That Tune and the summer movie nights make it a place you actually want to hang out, even beyond just bringing your dog out to play. The patrons are also a huge part of what makes Brewhound special. People are friendly, conversations come easily, and there’s just a great community vibe. And honestly, sometimes the best entertainment is simply grabbing a drink, hanging out, and watching all the dogs run around, play, and make friends. If you’re a dog owner in the area and haven’t been to Brewhound yet, you’re missing out. Great people, great staff, great atmosphere, and a whole lot of happy dogs. Easily five stars!

We rented Brewhound for a little dog play date, in the main portion of the park, and it was perfect! Lauren & her Team: Madison, Tel & Colby made everything seamless & fun for all our little dog friends! We had the best time, and we’ll be back! Thank you!
