I have been seeing Dr. Balotescu since 2019 and was satisfied with his service. Just recently within the past few months, I have been seeing Brenda Corbin. She did not treat me as a "whole patient." She treated me by a "science by the numbers" type of approach...not at all listening to the patient...how the patient is physically feeling from different medication adjustments. One of the assistants ordered a blood test that I had just said minutes before that I did not want. The office manager stated a comment to me that was belittling, and the girl who answered the phone when I had a question about billing was so very rude. So is this what our healthcare is coming to? The doctor gets overloaded with patients, and we are left to place our lives into the hands of nurses so that the insurance doesn't have to pay as much? Yes, and along with that, there is a serious problem these days with accurate, clear, kind communication, which I experienced here as well.
Enjoyed my visit with Brenda yesterday. She is a good listener and she satisfied all my current medical needs. Glad she is on board!
