I pretty much never leave bad reviews, but I feel I should let other businesses know. As others have posted on here that you will see, the setup process is easy, but then there's a validation process that they don't tell you about, and if you don't pass it, they don't tell you any reason why. I was trying to set up an account for a family member's business and Breezy rejected the application with no explanation as to why. They also said that they would never give one. Their customer service was really poor, and they wasted a lot of our time trying to get our hiring process up and running on a platform that they were never going to allow us to use for a reason that we will never know.
The experience was great and the food was amazing. I gave it a second try and loved it. The service made me feel at home. Will definitely return to enjoy real jazz…
Set up seemed easy, but must be validated. No communication on what is required. Free Trial expired before I was “Validated” and able to try the platform. I was interested in purchasing a subscription prior to this experience.
Using Breezy has streamlined our hiring process tremendously. It has allowed us to stay organized and know which stage each applicant is in along with internally being able to discuss and review. The only negative I would say is that we hadn't received as many applicants through the free job boards Breezy pushed the postings too. Otherwise, we really like the functionality of this tool.
Customer Service manager here. Love the software. Easy to use and to get to know. Clean, simple and inviting UI. Great customer support from the Breezy's team's end. Our company changed over from another software recently and find Breezy to be much superior. Keep up the good work!
