Brakes 4 Less

I requested an estimate online and received a quick response from Senior Customer Service Rep Jessica H., who provided the estimate and scheduled my appointment via email at my preferred location—very convenient with my work schedule. She was great to work with. The staff at the shop were professional and friendly. They clearly explained what I needed, showed me the condition of my old brakes, and kept me updated throughout my visit. The wait time was short, and both the front desk associate and manager were welcoming and accommodating. I appreciated being able to use my husband’s veteran discount. However, I noticed other reviews mention a 10% discount, and I received about 4.9%, I’m not sure if that was an error. Overall, I’m thankful my brakes are done. *Update That generic reply to my review and not a real answer on the 4.9% vs 10% veteran discount…makes me question the authenticity and integrity of the business…

First I like I was checked in at my appointment time. The guys got right to work. Store Manager Ray gave me a visual inspection and a quote with manageable options which made me feel better about the process. The waiting area is clean and there are good vibes in the shop... Thank you Ray!!!

I had an amazing experience at Brakes 4 Less thanks to Amare! He was professional, honest, and super helpful explaining each option and what was needed on my car. He took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary which I really appreciated. I appreciate the quality of this location’s work so I’ll definitely be coming back to Brakes 4 Less on Lem Turner road in Jacksonville thanks to Amare and his team.
