My husband and I have had the most amazing experience and support. Cassie was our first contact here and she gave us more information on his tumor than we had had from his doctors. She has been our support for months and has helped us transfer medical records, find clinical trials, and generally been lovely and warm. This place is not a therapy center nor a medical center so I think if you expect that you will be disappointed. These people deal with people in crisis so it's understandable that the experience people feel will vary, but it isn't due to their lack of care or expertise. I cannot recommend them enough.
Cassie has helped us a great deal! She has been there since the beginning. My daughter was 19 when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor that was cancerous. She is now 21. Cassie checks on us and has been there to see if we need resources.
They were a tremendous resource in helping us navigate the horrible reality of a loved one with a brain tumor. We were met each time with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
