I left here after they pushed me to get 5 preventive fillings where there was no cavity. They said it was just soft. The dentist I went to didn't see any evidence it was needed and now the filling just fell out a couple years later. Don't let them push you so they can get insurance money. All they talked about that visit was about how I had insurance.
I love Dr. Bradberry and her team! They are so knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable even though you’re nervous about going to the dentist. The office is very clean and nicely designed. If there is time allotted on the schedule she will offer to fix a quick fix while you’re there if needed which makes it very convenient to receive care. I have been going to Dr. Bradberry for about 2-3 years now and my husband and I both look forward to continuing to see her and her team! 😁
This is a great practice with a very friendly staff. The dentist, Mrs. Dr. Bradberry is very personable and she is a fantastic dentist! I went in for one of my semi annual cleanings and they took care of it very quickly and efficiently with no hassles. The angel at the front desk even set me up on a custom plan to keep my teeth and mouth healthy. I really appreciate her. I’d recommended this place to anyone!
It was good until it wasn’t.. We have been with Bradberry for 4 years. I am extremely disappointed with this dental facility and feel compelled to share our experience. After finalizing my treatment plan, which included a detailed breakdown of what my insurance would cover and what we’d owe out of pocket(which we already paid), I was shocked to start receiving multiple bills months later. These bills varied wildly in amount and didn’t align with the information provided in their system when I called for clarification. It feels like they’re pulling numbers out of thin air and attempting to milk their patients for as much money as possible. On top of the billing chaos, I’ve noticed that their dental hygienists don’t seem to stay for long. This constant turnover makes me question the work environment and the quality of care being provided. To make matters worse, one hygienist even openly mentioned that the materials and products this facility uses are of inferior quality compared to the high prices they charge. Between the unprofessional billing practices, revolving door of hygienists, and questionable quality of materials, I’ve completely lost trust in this facility. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.
Bradberry Dental is by far one of the best dental practices I’ve ever gone to. Their staff and Dr Bradberry are phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. They are highly efficient, extremely clean and beyond patient friendly. I trust the hygienist and Dr. Bradberry wholeheartedly every time they give me advice on dental hygiene. Bradberry Dental is the Ritz Carlton of dentistry!
