This review is long overdue. My son started out with Dr. Carrigan when he was in the NICU at Wolfson’s. We saw them a few days after his discharge and when I tell you I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the providers or nurses in this office, I mean it. My son is about to be 6 now, and I don’t know what I would have done if he had any other PCP. After Dr. Carrigan left, he’s been seeing Ellen now. He’s usually afraid of doctors offices (he has cerebral palsy & a seizure disorder) but he absolutely loves Ellen & this office. When I even mention that I’m thinking of some sort of treatment that requires a referral, I swear the referral is sent out before I even leave the office. Their on-call doctors after hours has been a God sent too. There’s been so many times I’ve been debating on taking him to the ER & being able to talk to people who know him & his history has saved us so many unnecessary ER visits. If anyone has a medically complex child, I will always highly recommend this office as they are the BEST of the best in medical treatment & bedside manner.
Child friend fought the good fight there. They were kind and helped.
