My first time at this location but it was the best experience I have had yet with them and I have been going there for years. This place was amazing because the staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. They all took their time and listened to my concerns and we were able to get some great results and start a good treatment plan. I go back in a couple months to check my dry eye issues again and with the advice from the doctor I’m confident things will be better and my blurry vision will be lesson.. Thank you Bowden and Associates for being amazing and caring for your patients.

I took my son in today for reoccurring sty issues. The office is bright and welcoming. The front office staff was pleasant and provided a warm welcome check-in with minimal paperwork! Brooke did the initiial room patient check-in and was such a pleasure! She answered all of my questions, offered product coupons, and was very thorough with the initial assessment. Dr. Wilson was also very pleasant and discussed treatment options in a thorough and helpful manner.

MILITARY AVOID….they claim they accept TriCare vision insurance. I got a bill for full amount. TriCare has been helping me since the first bill. They keep billing it with the wrong code. I contacted the office every month for a year. Then recently biweekly. Kept being told an office manager will get back to you in 24-48 hours. No response so I would call again. Now most recently I was told it will be escalated higher up which I guess meant they are done and sent to debt collectors.

Dr Wilson was thorough, professional and kind. She conveyed information in a clear manner. The eye assistant Zoria was amazing. Great communicator!
