The crew is great. It costs a little more but it’s well worth it - insured, honest and vetted. Not only is the work 5-stars but you’re dealing with a very decent human being. We selected the crew after working with several others, and we’ve never looked back.
We've referred everal customers to Boutique Cleaning and all were extremely pleased! The owner Bones is friendly, hardworking and runs an excellent business!
Professional, friendly and dedicated! The absolute best service ever from Bones, the owner, Ashton and Cassie! The cleaning they did went above and beyond! I walked in to a sparkly, shiny home without a speck of dust on a blind, baseboard or door. They did EXACTLY what they said they would and more. Thank you ❤️
We recently used Boutique Cleaning for a deep clean / move out clean when selling our property. The ladies of Boutique Cleaning are AMAZING! Everyone is very professional, efficient, and excellent at their jobs. I just wish I had known about them sooner and have been recommending to everyone. They do book up / you may need to book out - but worth the wait!
I was in a real bind on Monday morning when our regular cleaner had a medical emergency and couldn’t make it. I reached out to Boutique Cleaning here on Fernandina Beach on very short notice, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They responded quickly via text, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a fantastic job turning over our townhome. The place looked spotless and completely guest-ready. They even sent photos afterward and kept me updated throughout the process. To top it off, they noticed a small leak under the sink, which allowed us to get our handyman in to fix it before guests arrived. Professional, prompt, and detail-oriented — I highly recommend Boutique Cleaning to anyone on the island looking for reliable help!
