Another perfect appointment from start to finish! Short wait time after helpful checkin. Dr Chau, as always, engaged, answered questions and delivered a treatment plan. His assistant is soo nice. She went over all the steps for upcoming tests and protocols as well as emailed me my prep instructions, again, after I lost them. Thank you Team Borland Groover!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ross at the Borland Groover Southside office. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. He has a great bedside manner that makes a huge difference when dealing with GI health. The office staff was also professional and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone looking for a top-tier gastroenterologist in Jacksonville.

Baker APRN. Very frustrating experience. The waiting room sign indicated the doctor was running on time, but in reality the office was over an hour behind. Still two patients ahead of me, I still had a very long wait. I completely understand that unexpected delays happen, but I would appreciate accurate updates rather than information that isn’t reflective of the actual schedule. Respecting patients’ time and communicating delays honestly would greatly improve the experience.

I would recommend Dr. Patel to others. He has a wonderful “bedside” manner. He explains everything well and answered all my questions. I am not looking forward to this procedure, but I trust his judgment that I need it, and he is trying to make it as easy for me as possible. I even suspect a sense of humor, which is much appreciated when having to have a procedure that I am not looking forward to.
