Borland Groover Baptist Downtown Office

Exceptional treatment from front desk to everyone involved. Facility clean and appreciate the respect every member had

Borland Groover Downtown Office (Jacksonville) has provided me with excellent help and support as a patient. Dr. Changela and Kelli Lamb were both outstanding at their professionalism.

The lack of communication from this office is astounding. My doctor, Shenelle Paulson, is amazing and made me feel very heard, however every other person in the office has failed to communicate to help me get in to biopsy a 2cm cyst on my pancreas. I was first told they needed my last endoscopy/colonoscopy (which was 9 years ago), after months they never ended up making contact with that office and I had to call to get it sent over. That was around my appointment in February. Now after not being reached out to for months, I reached out to them (October) and I’m told they’re waiting on a cardiac clearance from a doctor that I only saw once and doesn’t even work at the same office in Jacksonville anymore so I have no way to contact them. I was very happy with the office at first when the doctor made me feel heard, but now I just feel like another number in the queue that’s never gonna get called.

Front desk was helpful and professional. Providers are attentive and thorough.
