Borland Groover Amelia Island Office

This has been the least professional office I have ever experienced. I should've known this would be a negative experience when the first doctor i saw could barely keep his eyes open during my first appointment. He kept yawning and literally keeping his eyes closed as we spoke. My charts are completely wrong. Their orders contradict eachother. There is zero communication. One doctor said she would put in an order for blood panels and then never put it in my charts, so i messaged the office and got no response 2 days later, so i called and there are no records from my appointment over a week ago. You cannot speak directly to a person in the office. You are sent to a call center, where they have no idea what they are talking about so they leave a message for the nurses to contact you and no one ever calls back. I came to this office because it was the only one with availability for months. Now I know why. Wait months instead of dealing with this office.

It’s always a pleasure talking to Dr Philips. Since we met in 2018 as my was rushed to emergency and he was the oncall physician. He was great then and has not skipped a beat. He’s the best.

Dr Whitaker was very thorough in explaining the pros of having the requested procedure. Based on this discussion I was comfortable with my decision.

The staff were very accommodating and Dr. Whitaker was very proffessional, thorough, and friendly.
