First time finally getting to step foot in a Boot Barn. It did not disappoint in the least. The employees were nice and offered help, and just as the sign says, it was a Barn full of boots, and absolutely everything western wear you could ever want. Huge selection, and most things had decent or competitive pricing. Had to restrain myself, so many wonderful options. Love this store and can't wait to go back.

Boot Barn in Orange Park is one of my favorite places to shop for western wear—it’s actually my go-to in both Florida and Texas! The selection is excellent, and the store itself smells amazing—like genuine leather—which makes the whole experience feel authentic. I love that even the items I bring home carry that rich leather scent. I’m especially a fan of the Miranda Lambert line—they have such cute jewelry and clothing pieces. It’s also great that they truly have something for everyone, from cowgirls and cowboys to infants and young kids. Sharon was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my visit even better. The dressing rooms are secure, and I appreciate that the doors lock automatically and can’t be opened from the outside without a key—that’s a nice safety feature. That said, I do wish there wasn’t such a large gap in the door, and I’d prefer designated men’s and women’s dressing rooms instead of unisex for a bit more comfort and privacy. My only other suggestion would be to carry more size 5 cowgirl boots—it’s a bit limited for smaller sizes. It would also be so fun to see them host a special customer event featuring Craft Cart2Go for custom hat branding and trucker cap design—such a perfect fit for their western vibe! Overall, a great shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be back! 🤠✨
If you call to confirm availability of a specific boot make sure they find both of them before making a trip. Also confirm that both are either soft or steel toe and indeed identical. Staff are little to no help here but fortunately you can help yourself for the most part.
I absolutely love this store! Makes me feel as if I'm back home in the Rockies! The only issue I have had was trying to find boots in a wide or extra wide foot. Everything I have found that fits my needs are not very practical and are for "fashion" (or what I guess is considered 'fashion')
I have been looking for a new pair of boots and finally found a pair I liked on Boot Barn’s website. I called before going as it is an hour drive for me and the woman who answered was very helpful. I needed either an 11 or 11.5 and she checked both sizes for me and told me they were both in stock. I made the drive down and initially couldn’t find the boots but an employee helped me locate them. The entire staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. There is a huge selection of boots and appears to be a nice selection of hats and clothing as well. If you need brand name boots at a good price and friendly staff, be sure to check out Boot Barn in Orange Park.
