I had such a great experience! They were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when they worked me in for an IV treatment on short notice. The entire office staff was so helpful, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I especially want to thank Jamie and Mike for taking such great care of me. They made the whole experience comfortable and easy, and I truly appreciated how attentive they were. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a wonderful experience.
I have been going to Boost and Balance for several months and could not recommend their services more. Mike and Jamie are so knowledgeable and just honestly lovely, helpful people. I feel healthier just walking through the door. I highly recommend the IV infusions and vitamin shots for a natural way to stay healthy and strong. If you are not sure what to ask for just pop in and they will answer any questions you may have!
The best of the best on Amelia Island for wellness! Boost & Balance offers incredible services for the body. The massage chair is like heaven and I love the infared sauna! The vitamin shots are perfect for a pickup in energy or muscle recovery! Jamie is an absolute doll! We love her so much!
Boost & Balance is truly an answer to prayer. I already knew the benefits of sauna therapy—especially red light sauna therapy—but this place takes it to another level. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the facility is spotless. They offer a wide variety of treatments and pay attention to every detail. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, electrolyte drinks, cookies, snacks, chocolates, and body wipes are provided. The relaxing music and calming scents create a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere. I can’t recommend Boost & Balance enough!
This is such a great addition to our community! My wife had been looking for hormone replacement therapy and several of the other services they offer. The husband-and-wife owners are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend checking out their business!
