There is no standard program with these guys, everything was custom to my specific injury, and tailored to the work, and very active hobbies I wanted to get back to. The whole office carries a very positive energy, and attitude. My recovery was better than I expected, and I have Bold City Wellness to thank.

My experience with Bold City was wonderful! They really listened to me and did all to help me get back to feeling like myself again. I came feeling discouraged, overwhelmed and scared that I would never have the ability to regain the strength/flexibility in my neck and without constant pain. They offered such patience, gentleness and encouragement! They also worked with my schedule to ensure I would get every treatment even when I needed to switch days. If I could give Bold City Physical Therapy a million stars, I would. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for this incredible team. I first walked into their original office on San Jose after spending years dealing with lingering symptoms from a car accident. I had gone so long without truly feeling like myself again, and I had no idea that finding this team would end up changing everything in such a meaningful way. From day one, I was welcomed with genuine kindness by Lisa, Michael, and the entire team. Even on the days when physical therapy was the last place I wanted to be, they somehow made me look forward to coming. The environment is so warm, relaxed, and encouraging never intimidating or full of pressure. Lisa is truly one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapists I’ve ever met. She has an incredible ability to know when to gently push you to keep making progress and when your body needs a break. If an exercise made me too dizzy or simply wasn’t possible that day, she never made me feel discouraged or like I was falling behind. Instead, she’d adjust it, encourage me, and we’d revisit it when I was ready. She met me where I was every single appointment, and because of that, I always felt safe, supported, and confident in the healing process. She never made me feel like I was failing. She made me feel seen, heard, and capable. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and played such an important role in my recovery. He was the one who would evaluate my progress, make sure I was improving, and help guide my treatment plan along the way. What I loved most about him is that he somehow balances being exceptionally skilled with being so easygoing and funny. He has a way of making you laugh and helping you relax without ever taking away from the quality of care he provides. You can tell he’s incredibly good at what he does, but he never makes the environment feel overly clinical or intimidating. His humor and encouragement made every appointment feel a little lighter, and I always left smiling. Katie deserves so much recognition as well. Scheduling was always seamless, and she greeted everyone with the warmest smile. She’s the kind of person who instantly makes your day a little brighter the moment you walk through the door. One thing that stood out to me throughout my treatment was how personalized everything was. It wasn’t just about checking boxes or getting patients in and out. Every exercise was tailored to the individual, and every person was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. I watched them care for every patient with the same level of attention they gave me. After living with these symptoms for so long, vestibular therapy completely changed my recovery. Not only did my symptoms improve tremendously, but they also helped me regain confidence in my body after my accident. They validated what I was experiencing, listened without judgment, and reminded me that healing takes time. That meant more than they probably realize. Even my mom and my boyfriend came with me to appointments at times, and they both fell in love with this team too. When my treatment ended, I was honestly sad not because I still needed therapy, but because I wasn’t going to see these wonderful people twice a week anymore. They’ve become so much more than healthcare providers. They’re people I’ll always remember and friendships I’ll genuinely cherish. Thank you, Casey, Katie, Lisa, and Michael, for caring so deeply about your patients. And kudos to Casey for building such an amazing team and culture. This was the best experience I've ever had with a physical therapy facility. I was in therapy for 9 months, everyone was absolutely wonderful and dedicated to helping me on my journey to recovery, the faculty was always clean and tidy, the office manager Katie set the tone always greeting you with a smile, and ready to assist you when needed. Lisa was the one who took care of me, she was always focus on my recovery, she did this with all patients, always making sure that we were doing things correctly, and we were in a clean and safe environment. Michael always made you feel welcome and took care of everyone, made sure that evaluations and discharges were made comfortable and meet his expectation. I was so lucky to have such a awesome team.
