I can’t say enough good things about Bold City Therapy & Wellness and the incredible team they have! From the moment I walked into either of their locations (King Street or Claire Lane), I was impressed with the clean, up-to-date facilities and the warmth of the staff. Casey, the founder, is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable. I had no idea he founded the practice at first because he’s always right there, supporting the therapists and patients. Whether it was helping with my appointments or just having pleasant conversations about golf, his hands-on approach made me feel truly valued as a patient. It’s clear that he’s passionate about the success of everyone who walks through their doors. Working with Mike, Doctor of Physical Therapy, was a game-changer for me. After my surgery, I had a lot of anxiety around physical therapy because of some rough experiences at other locations. Mike, however, was so empathetic and patient with me, especially when I was emotional and hesitant to work through the exercises. He followed my protocol without any deviations, explained the purpose of each movement, and never made me feel rushed or pushed me to a point of extreme pain. His calm, understanding, presence, and ability to make me laugh during tough sessions helped me progress faster than I expected. I also enjoyed working with Ken, Physical Therapy Assistant! I alternated between locations based on my schedule, and whenever I worked with Ken, I felt like I was in great hands. Ken is super knowledgeable and really took the time to tailor my exercises to fit my hobbies and goals. Equally as important, Ken’s skills with scraping techniques and cupping were fantastic, and they made a noticeable difference in my mobility and pain levels. Lastly, Katy, the Office Manager, is a gem. She made scheduling so easy and flexible, even when I had to adjust my appointments. She’s always prompt, courteous, and efficient, which made the entire process—from new patient intake to discharge—so smooth. I really appreciated her understanding when I wasn’t feeling well and needed to reschedule. Overall, Bold City Therapy & Wellness is by far the best physical therapy office I’ve ever been to. The level of care and personalized attention I received was top-notch, and I am beyond thrilled with my progress. As their website says, “Your Recovery is Our Passion”—and it truly shows! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

My husband and I have had nothing but great therapy from Lisa and Michael at the San Jose Bvd. location. They are helping us recover and we know that one day we will be feeling whole again. Katie at the front desk is very helpful.
