Where do I begin!!!! Cindy Lee is a phenomenal woman. She knows this real estate business very well. She is a professional, she does things for the community, which says a lot about her character. Most importantly she puts her customers first!!! I highly recommend her for your real estate needs!!!!
Concerning Experience with Cindy at Bold City Realty Group As local investors who operate at a high volume, we’ve had the opportunity to work with many great agents and can easily spot when something isn’t right. Unfortunately, our experience with Cindy was disappointing. After agreeing on a deal and signing the necessary As Is purchase documents, we began due diligence ahead of schedule. However, we later find, the listing was updated to "highest and best." When we finally heard from Cindy, which just happened to be after the highest and best deadline ended, she mentioned she had been out of the office but received some REALLY GOOD offers she was legally obligated to present, fair enough. However, this left us asking: After both parties agreed to a mutually fair deal and we had signed all documents on our end, why did it feel like our offer was being shopped around? This entire process wasted valuable time and resources for our team and contractors. As investors or agents representing investors, I’d recommend proceeding with caution when dealing with Cindy. While we typically don’t write negative reviews, this experience was unprofessional and a significant drain on time, money, and energy.
Jerrod Bell is an amazing realtor who helped my wife and I both sell one home and buy another! He made the process easy, seamless, and stress free. Even when I wanted to stress about things, he didn’t let me. He reassured us and answered every question we had. He’s both professional and relational. I wouldn’t trade my realtor experience for anything! If you’re in need of a realtor I highly recommend him!!
I recently closed on a home with Stacey Hogan as my realtor. The well practiced speech she gave to gain my acceptance in her ability was not the work ethic I received. Her lack of communication and professionalism almost cost me my new home. I was forced to enlist the help of a more seasoned realtor and broker from another company to help her and sort out all the issues. This is my third home purchased so I’m not new to this by any means. If it were up to me, she would not have been compensated for the lack of work she completed. The compensation should have went to the other hard workers. To anyone considering her, think twice. She sounds and looks well polished but it’s all superficial. Do your research.
Cindy Lee has a lot of knowledge to help guide you into the perfect home to benefit me and my family. She showed my family great homes at affordable pricing for my family. She was great to work with. Cindy Lee was by my side from my approval to closing to make sure we got our dream home as a first time home buyer. I will love to do business with her on another purchase.
