I brought my car in to Bobby in August 2025. Bobby reported that it was the A/C compressor. I paid him the same Day the quoted price to fix the car. I returned my car over 5 times to be repaired as after replacement the car never cooled properly. This carried on into January 2026 due to my Work schedule and Bobby going out of town or being sick or having other cars to tend to… there was always an excuse and attitude when I came to get my car looked at to determine why it didn’t work after he claimed it was fixed. He even said I don’t need to worry about it because it wasn’t hot outside. He was always short and ill tempered and inappropriate upon each visit. Disrespectful to me and the workers at this place. He never fixed my car. I took it to another mechanic and they fixed it right away. I returned to ask Bobby to take the defective compressor part back and refund me part of that payment but again he started to yell and act out. It’s a shame that he is not Honest and lacks integrity. Do not take your vehicle here. His erratic behavior and dishonesty warrants a deep Dive into why he is even still allowed to operate. More people need to speak up.
