Bob Ham Eyewear

For the last 7 years, I've bought all my eye wear at Bob Hamm's and can't imagine doing otherwise. The selection of frames may be the best in JAX, it certainly is for children's frames. Their opticians are amazing at providing guidance for finding glasses to perfectly frame your face and meet your budget. And they will order anything you find in the catalog without commitment to buying the frames once they've arrived. Using insurance is always quick and easy. And whenever I walk in the door, they are happy to provide a quick adjustment. Just the most friendly, local small business you'll find!

Bob Ham Eyewear is where you need to go if you want quality care and glasses. They are independently owned so they do quality over quantity. They take the time to make sure you’re taken care of! Dr. Sheila Merritt and Ms. Sussy were extremely helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

I have used the services of Martijn for many years and will continue to do so. This year I called him for lens replacement due to a new prescription. He gave choices but suggested I try the lens with greater reading width, and I am happy he did! I no longer move my head back and forth when I read; the lenses are superior quality and clarity, and I couldn’t be happier with Martijn and Bob Ham. Thank you, Martijn!!!

Here is the revised five-star review with that recommendation added smoothly at the end: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Sheila Merritt provided a thorough, professional eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely confident in her care and truly appreciated her attention to detail and patient-focused approach. Cheryl Matthews was equally outstanding. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, listened carefully to my needs, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her recommendation of Dr. Merritt and Bob Ham Eyewear was spot-on, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend Bob Ham Eyewear for all of my eye and vision needs — exceptional care, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience.
