I’ve been going to Board30 for years (through name and location changes). Each of the instructors is knowledgeable and make the classes SUPER FUN!! My favorite classes involve bouncing on mini trampolines but the boards, bands and barre are also a great workout! They offer a full body workout every time. I can’t say enough good. Definitely worth a try!!!! I’m so grateful to have this gym nearby and can’t wait until my next class :) I also wanted to mention HOW GREAT they are with modifications. I have knee injuries so I limit my lunges and squats. They are always quick to offer an alternative to keep me fit and pain free. GO CHECK THEM OUT :) You will be so happy you did!
I love board 30!!! I belong to a number of different gyms and there is no one like this one!! The best way I can describe it is working out without feeling like you’re working out. It is a great mix of cardio with strength and always makes me feel happier after I walk out the door. I love all of the coaches especially _ coach Larissa’s choreography and coach Lori’s strength training. Can’t say anything negative I love it!
It’s hard to find the words to do a review for Board 30 justice because it’s so much more than a workout place. These are the most body transforming workouts I’ve ever done and the instructors and clients are all incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Above all else, these workouts are so much FUN! I leave feeling like I just had a dance party with friends while burning a TON of calories in the process.
I took my first Board 30 class this morning and I absolutely loved it! The instructor was amazing and the music was so upbeat and motivating. The class itself was killer but one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Excited to go back next week!!!
Literally the best workout in Ponte Vedra Beach! The staff are incredibly motivating and friendly, always encouraging and congratulating on every level. Because of them I've stepped out of my comfort zone and tried things I wouldn't have without them! Every class is a great group of people, and I've made some awesome friends. We smile and laugh through every workout, what a great experience. I highly recommend trying a class.
