BM Wises Automotive

The service was not only fast, but the quality of work was better than any shop I've used before. Pricing was very fair across the board, especially for oil changes, which is something I'll definitely be coming back for regularly. The location is also a huge plus, right in a central spot in Jacksonville, making it easy to get to from just about anywhere. Overall, great experience from start to finish. I'll be using Luis as my personal mechanic going forward and would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest work.

Louis the owner/mechanic is GREAT!!!! He’s very knowledgeable and HONEST about his and does an amazing job. He has always taken great care of my car. I would follow him wherever he locates. Whitney in the office is very nice and friendly. If you looking for great service and great prices check this place out.

Great Local mechanic. Luis has been working on a servicing my vehicles for a few years now and recently opened this shop. I had taken my 2016 Nissan Rogue into Coggin Nissan for an oil change special. I also wanted them to take a look at the driver’s side front end as it was making a popping noise as I backed out of the drive and it crossed the street drainage. Nissan quoted me almost $3,000 worth of Repairs needed!! I then took the vehicle to Tuffy Auto on Racetrack and they quoted over $2,000 worth of repairs. I knew Luis had moved since Wises closed down and I found an old text from him and tracked him down. Luis worked at Nissan for 15 years and has always been honest, so he said he would look at it. Luis was able to “repair” the squeak by tightening a bolt and he walked me all around the vehicle explaining and showing me that it Didn’t need new control arms, struts, and tie rods….. So trustworthy and worth the opinion and he does excellent work. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold! I am so incredibly grateful for the team at BM Wises Automotive. It is incredibly hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but they have proven their honesty and integrity time and time again. They gave me a fair, transparent breakdown of what my car actually needed, without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The service was fast, professional, and top-tier. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle and my wallet! I won’t take my car anywhere else.
