BlueLux Pools

Our family decided to build a new pool in Jacksonville, and after speaking with several builders, we chose Bluelux Pools for the job. Out of all the pool companies we looked at, this one stood out the most for the quality of the materials, the pool design options, and the professional, friendly service from the contractor and installation crew. We were very happy with the finished pool, and the whole construction process stayed on schedule just as promised. The team kept us informed during each stage of the pool build and answered all of our questions clearly. They followed through on everything in the contract, from the construction work to the warranty coverage, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project. We also had a small issue with the pool temperature sensor later on, and after we contacted them, the service technician handled it quickly that same week at no charge. We highly recommend this pool builder for anyone looking for reliable service, quality workmanship, and great customer care.

Right from the start, we were really impressed with Bluelux Pools. they listened to every detail we wanted and helped turn our backyard into a fun, relaxing place to enjoy in the Jacksonville heat. During the pool build and outdoor design work, we made a few changes along the way, and they never had a problem with any request. the whole process felt smooth, organized, and easy, which gave us a lot of confidence. i can honestly say this is an amazing family-owned team that truly cares about quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. we highly recommend them for any pool builder, pool renovation, patio, or landscaping project. we would absolutely use them again for future outdoor living improvements because the finished space looks beautiful and feels perfect for spending time outside with family and friends.

alex and his crew were on time, did very good pool remodeling work, and kept our backyard and pool area clean at the end of each day. we are 100% happy with the finished result. out of the five pool builders and remodelers we talked with, alex was the only one who gave us references and proof of bond and insurance during the estimate process. he was professional, honest, and easy to work with, and he also had one of the best prices for the scope we wanted, including new travertine coping, pool tile, and fresh plaster. the whole pool renovation felt smooth from start to finish, and the upgraded finish really made our outdoor space look better for enjoying the warm florida weather.

With all the horror stories people hear about pool construction, it was a huge relief to work with such a skilled pool builder team. Our whole pool building experience was smooth, positive, and honestly better than we expected. Jonathan was great during the design phase, very patient and easy to work with as we made several changes to create the backyard pool we really wanted. Bill kept communication clear and consistent, which made each step of the project much less stressful. Adam was on site regularly, helped with every question that came up, and made sure the crews delivered quality work throughout the build. From pool design and layout to construction and finishing details, the team stayed professional, organized, and focused on doing the job right. They paid attention to workmanship, scheduling, and follow-through, and that gave us a lot of confidence during the process. In a place where a backyard pool gets used often because of the warm weather, it meant a lot to have a builder who understood how important durability, function, and a clean final look really are. We are extremely happy with the finished pool and would absolutely rate this pool builder as 5 stars.
