The medicine is done so quick! I called it in yesterday and got it today. Also I have lost 5 pounds already in a short time of using the first dose so I’m very excited to see the progress in the next few months!
I ordered 3 containers of creatine from Bluebird Pharmacy because I was nearly out and needed more a week later. This is like a medication for me. I use it daily and rely on it. Bluebird's shipping was supposed to arrive in 1-3 days when other online companies would take 4-5 days. A tracking number never showed on my account so I emailed them a week later. They didn't reply. But a few hours later, my account showed a label had been printed. It appeared to have been shipped and was supposed to arrive today. I even received a phone call from Bluebird 2 days ago, replying to the second email I sent them. They said they had to order in the product before shipping it to me. But it didn't arrive today and the tracking number doesn't show any progress in my shipment. It's been more than 2 weeks and it seems like I've been scammed. Time to order from a different company. Be careful trusting Bluebird's shipping time. And they are very poor at communication with their online orders. Update- they finally arrived and they sent me another container a week later to make up for the slow order. Changing from 1 to 3 stars because I really hate to leave bad reviews.
As a small business owner, sometimes last minute refills might be required. Anna the owner and her team has gone beyond effective to fulfill my needs!! Their in pharmacy product works precisely, helps me keep my clients happy too. Thank you!
I have been using this pharmacy for a couple years with no issues. So I sent in my refill order like usual. Then yesterday, a lady called me to tell me that the price of my compounded medication that I refill every 4 months, would no longer be $135, it would be $210!! I told her no thank you, I would fill it elsewhere. So then she said well, maybe I will fill it for $185. Again, I told her no thank you and hung up. Then she texts me and kind of berates me for taking a stronger dose of this medication than “other women” take, but she would fill it for $180. First of all, it is my doctor’s job to decide what dosage I need, not my pharmacist. Secondly, I am not accustomed to having to dicker and bargain with my pharmacy over the price of my medication. I understand that prices may vary but to jump over $75? Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
I needed a compounded medication for a sick pet and am SO thankful for Bluebird Pharmacy. They had my medication ready within just a few hours so I could get my pet's treatment started right away. I was totally expecting the process to take a few days like most other compounding pharmacies so this was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Thank you Bluebird Pharmacy!
