Bluebird Kids Health: Jacksonville Westside

I felt respected and listened to during my visit. The front desk staff was great, and I loved how they interacted with my daughter. Beth was pleasant and friendly, and APRN Teiarra was just wonderful. She was caring, attentive, and made the visit a great experience.

I love this location and the staff was amazing. I just came this morning with my daughter. From the ladies to the front off to the staff in the back were amazing. Everyone was so sweet and kind and made my daughter and I very comfortable. Big shout out to Beth and Teiarra aprn and her assistant. We will definitely be back again soon. I also made this location all my children pediatrician office. I highly recommend this pediatric office. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Had my first appointment with them and it was amazing!!! During check in, I had to fill out paperwork and my 2 year old got kind of rowdy from just sitting so a young lady by the name of iyanna came and talked to her and my older daughter and gave them some toys to keep them occupied while she started on their vitals. After I finished the paperwork, I spoke to their Dr. L who was very attentive to my concerns and was very proactive in getting them resolved. The whole process was simple and easy with the kids and I'm very content with this new pediatrics center and what's to come of it. Thank you again iyanna for helping me with the kids that day!!!!!

Dr. Lindor is very attentive, patient, and she very good at listening to everything that is concerning about my toddler. This is my daughter third visit since switching from her previous Doctor office, and I really see this being her permanent home for health care even the young ladies at the reception desk have great attitudes and are very friendly and kind when checking in and out of the office. Keep up the great work guys!❤️
